Basierend auf ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung legen die Autoren auch diejenigen Rezepte offen, die zwar üblicherweise nicht publiziert werden, für das Funktionieren von Bildverarbeitungssystemen jedoch wesentlich sind. Mit der als Download verfügbaren Testversion der Software kann das Gelesene nachvollzogen und eingeübt werden.
