In To DeepUn-forgiveness, sounds simple enough, but it is the action of this word that holds the key to unlock your destiny. It is the action of this word that causes chemical imbalances in someone’s body that leads to serious illnesses. It the action of this word that has led many to a premature death. To forgive someone is to release yourself. Un-forgiveness will caused you to become incarcerated in your mind because of the things your heart has held hostage. What does it take to happen in your life to caused you to reach that point when all that you have gone through; nothing is worth you turning back, no trial was ever so great and no test was ever so challenging, that would afford you to give up and journey back to that place you once left behind. Who is it that you allowed to be locked up in your mental prison, and refuse to use the key of forgiveness to set both of you free. More than enough giving up presents itself as an option, but it took just one encounter to change the very course of that road I once traveled. I had finally reached that point in my life that giving up was not an option anymore and turning back would never to be considered. Not only was forgiveness necessary, but my very life depend on it. I realized that because of who I know and what I know as a believer, if I was ever going to considered turning back, it’s to late now, because I am In to Deep.

The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

    Edward V Bonner
The very title of Edward V. Bonner's first volume of poetry, One Kiss (Ingram, 2015), suggests some ways in which the poems inside balance the universal with the particular. Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
