Come take a journey with me to a Healing like you have never known. Come get in touch with your spirituality, and let God be your guide. This book is about not giving up. It’s about moving even though you want to give up. It’s about having the courage to keep going. Look toward God for your help, for support, and for your anchor. It’s about people coming together on one accord to aide in the help of the one who needs it. It’s about family, friends, and strangers, who know the Lord and can administer to the one who needs. It’s about Hope, Love, Caring and Giving. It’s about me going through a terrible time and having to depend on others to help me, which was a tough thing to do. It’s about being weak mentally, emotionally, and spiritually and depending on God to lift me up. My name is Lori L. Watson. I am a mother, daughter, sister, and a teacher. I enjoy life by being as adventurous as possible. I enjoy traveling, sky diving, snorkeling, Taekwondo, bike riding, zip lining, exercising and just having fun with family and friends. I like to be as active as possible. Sitting still is not an option. One of my former martial arts teachers told me that 'movement is life, stagnation is death.' I live by that saying. The analogy is that if the water in a stream is running, it is clean, but when the water stops running, it is no longer clean. I wrote this story with three purposes. To bring help and encouragement to someone who is going through something, and reminding you that you are not alone. To encourage you to tell your story so you can be a help to someone else. It is written for me. Sometimes writing out what you have gone through heals you. I began thinking about all the things God has done in my life. I can now appreciate it because I recognize it. God reminded me what He has done for me all my life-He never left me. Even when I felt like I was all alone, I had nowhere else to turn and no one to turn to, He was there. I know it, I felt Him and I
