Requer boas condições físicas e mentais, bem como saber lidar com o stress, longas horas de trabalho e manter-se sempre profissional com os clientes. Por conseguinte, é importante ter empregados empenhados que estejam dispostos a permanecer no restaurante e a dar o seu melhor enquanto lá trabalham. O presente estudo foi concebido para investigar a situação atual dos restaurantes de serviço completo na perspetiva dos empregados em relação à justiça distributiva, processual e interaccional. O estudo foi realizado na Noruega, utilizando uma abordagem de inquérito quantitativo, e incluiu uma amostra de 155 empregados que trabalham em restaurantes de serviço completo. Além disso, foram levantadas 9 hipóteses e 7 delas foram comprovadas.
