The complexity of the scope of work within the company as well as the high external dynamics during the holding of the general election require an effective managerial process and leadership model to ensure that all the scope of work is carried out smoothly. The problem of this research is as follows: Do leadership style and organizational culture affect job satisfaction of Palembang City Manpower Service Employees?. While the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: The influence of leadership style and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of the Palembang City Manpower Office. The research design used is associative research, which is to see the influence and relationship between independent variables consisting of: leadership style and organizational culture (X) with the dependent variable, namely employee motivation (Y), as well as to test the formulated hypothesis.
