From a young age, Cecilia embraced hard work and desired to be a role model that her siblings could follow. That desire was the catalyst that led Cecilia to be the first in her family to graduate from college. Cecilia graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. Following graduation, Cecilia spent the next twenty years in the corporate world until she realized her dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Cecilia was the proud wife of Claude David Porter, Sr., a marriage that lasted for forty-three and a half years. Cecilia has one child that is an Educator.
