La migration internationale des étudiants modifie de manière dynamique le paysage global de l’enseignement supérieur. Cette étude de cas qualitative a exploré les divers impacts de la migration des étudiants népalais vers l’Australie pour y faire des études supérieures. Les résultats de la recherche ont révélé que les taux de migration des Népalais étaient apparemment plus élevés que leur intention de retour. En conséquence, l’économie népalaise a considérablement gagné en savoir-faire technique et en esprit d’entreprise, mais elle connaît également un déclin progressif de son capital humain. C’est pourquoi le pays devrait formuler une politique stratégique pour traiter cette question brûlante en garantissant la paix et la stabilité dans le pays afin que la situation puisse revitaliser les secteurs de l’enseignement supérieur et de l’emploi dans le but de créer un environnement viable pour le développement des ressources humaines nationales et la croissance durable des secteurs productifs.
