Anche se il popolo congolese ha un innegabile genio creativo e propone idee molto promettenti per il futuro, resta il fatto che l’accesso alle informazioni e alle strutture giuste per consentirne la concretizzazione e la formalizzazione resta difficile. Questo manifesto è un tentativo di illustrare le complessità dell’ecosistema delle PMI e dell’artigianato nella Repubblica del Congo, spiegando la legislazione in materia e le strutture che organizzano questo ecosistema. È un contributo che fa luce su questo settore, che è una forza trainante per lo sviluppo.
