A small peaceful college town in southern Ohio is suddenly rocked by a serial killer who targets young pretty Coeds. Geoge Coleman, the College Police chief struggles to find the killer with his limited police force. Even with the help of the local city police force and the FBI, the killer manages to escape the tight police net. George’s best friend, Ron Pritchard (an auxiliary policeman) has graduated from the college and has secured an engineering position in Cleveland. Ron is unable to help in the search for the killer since he goes to Cleveland. Ron’s fiancé is still a student at the college, and they are trying to keep up a long distance romance. Several young women eventually fall victim to the killer. The pressure on the police force mounts with each new victim. The killer then kidnaps Ron’s fiancé, and everyone believes her to be dead except Ron who returns to the college campus to help George. Together they enter a deadly adventure in an attempt to track down the killer who has found a perfect hiding place.
