La presente indagine è stata condotta per valutare il clima organizzativo, la competenza psicosociale e lo stress lavorativo dei dipendenti che svolgono lavori pericolosi e dei loro colleghi impiegati in uffici, nel settore pubblico e privato dell’industria estrattiva del gas e del petrolio. Ai fini della ricerca, il campione era composto da 50 lavoratori che svolgono lavori pericolosi e 50 lavoratori che svolgono lavori non pericolosi, provenienti sia dal settore pubblico che da quello privato.
