Lo scopo principale del saggio è mostrare che il linguaggio naturale, quando viene contestualizzato, per sua natura si sottrae ai paradossi e alle manchevolezze che gli sono state imputate.Preliminarmente avanzo delle ipotesi sull’origine del linguaggio basandomi su ipotesi desumibili, a mio parere, dagli scritti del linguista americano Noam Chomsky e del filosofo americano Jerry Fodor. Propongo anche una semplice ipotesi naturalista sull’origine dei numeri naturali e perciò dell’aritmetica.
