Das Thema Identität wird immer mehr in Debatten von Relevanz. In den politischen, sozialwissenschaftlichen, sogar wirtschaftlichen Diskussionen des 19., 20. Jahrhunderts kommt es immer zum Vorschein. Es geht darum zu wissen, wer Angehörige einer Teilgesellschaft ist und wer nicht; wen man berücksichtigen und wen man gesellschaftliche oder kulturelle Ansprüche anbieten soll. Dabei sind diejenigen, die in der Fremde, wegen Migration stehen dazu gebracht, ihre Lebens-, ihre Migrationslage bequemer einzubringen bzw. zu versichern, aber diesmal in geistiger Hinsicht. Die deutsche Literatur hebt fiktionale oder nicht-fiktionale Romane hervor, deren Protagonisten auf der Suche dieser geistigen und persönlichen Sicherheit sind; diese Tatsache wird mit dem Begriff ‚Identitätsbildung’ bezeichnet. Identitätsbildung oder Suche nach der Persönlichkeit ist der Kernpunkt, den der ivorischer Student Brou Erick Molière Kouakou in seiner Master2- Arbeit behandelt hatte, um Vorschläge und Lösungen für ein besseres Leben in der Aufnahmegesellschaft anzubieten.
