I created this journal due to popular demand for the four questions that help me transform my life from one of sorrow pain and regret to joy, ecstasy, and gratitude. My deepest desire is that you also can have the same experiences Joy and gratitude with a refreshed view of your past current and future experiences. You see it is my belief that we have very few of these defining moments in our lives and yet we allow them to dictate the rest of our lives, our mind does all that I can to prevent us from experiencing further pain and heartache through justification and victimhood, will behave in ways that are not consistent with who we truly want to become. The goal of this journal is to help you see the blessings in your most painful experiences. You get to choose how you redefine your defining moments, turning them from something holding you back to the very fuel needed to live your meaningful legacy.
