I'm a GAPS Kid, was written by Emma Fox, a mum of two young boys who are on the Gut and Psychology Syndrome Protocol. The GAPS diet is a life changing protocol which was developed by Dr Natasha Cambell McBride, to help children heal their guts and in turn, treat a number of issues such as Depression, Autism, A.D.H.D, food allergys, eczema and many more conditions. This diet was life changing for Emma's family, although it was also a huge challange to begin with for her children, who were 3 and 5 at the time of starting, as the foods and protocol is quite restrictive.Seeing the struggle of her own children, and also being an active member in the GAPS community, Emma saw the need for a support tool for GAPS Kids, something that would help them see the light at the end of the tunnel, and also to help them feel like they are like many other kids on the same path. This book is an invaluable resource for GAPS children, and parents alike, making the journey a little less scary. 3
