How many emotions do you experience throughout your day? My battle has lasted the better part of two decades, and I have worked ceaselessly to hold the demons at bay, preventing them from possessing me to take the 'forever nap.' The most resolute act I’ve done was pressing forward, especially in the moments when I wanted to die. There’s value in your fight, and there will never be shame in failure. You may see that you aren’t trapped within the confines of your own mind. I managed a way to break free, and you can too.
