Reverend Larry E. Willige, co-founder of Pastors Helping Pastors - an innovative international ministry focused on meeting the needs of today’s Pastors, has served the Lord, along with his wife, Beverly, for over 36 years - helping build two churches and pioneering two churches of their own. Rev. Willige operates in the prophetic ministry and has a special anointing to pray for people with back problems, as evidenced by the many healing testimonies that have come forth over the years.In 1979, Rev’s. Larry and Beverly graduated from RHEMA Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, USA. In obedience to God, they took the last $13.00 they had and established LaBev Ministries Church, opening Word of Faith Fellowship, a non-denominational, charismatic church, on New Year’s Eve of 1981.In 1990, the Lord provided an opportunity for Rev’s. Larry and Beverly to minister in East Germany. While there, God touched their hearts in a mighty way to help the people of Europe. Since then, they have shared the truth of God’s Word extensively in Germany, Switzerland, Canada and Colombia, South America.Using their experience as pastors, and their desire to help the people of Europe, God birthed a new vision in their hearts; Pastors Helping Pastors. Their mission: 'To use all things that happened to us for the furtherance of the Gospel.' (Philippians 1:12). On December 30, 2005, Rev’s. Larry and Beverly Willige retired as pastors of Word of Faith Fellowship, and stepped full time into traveling throughout the world sharing the Word of Faith and helping pastors.In 2006 Rev’s Larry and Beverly Willige relocated to Lakeland, Florida. When Rev. Willige is not traveling, he enjoys watching sports and playing golf, where he uses the skills he obtained prior to serving the Lord as a professional golfer for 20 years in the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA). During that time (20 years) he served as a Certified High School Basketball Official for the State of Alabama officiating High School and small College Basketball.In addition to pastoring, Rev. Willige served 17 years as Regional Director for the RHEMA Ministerial Association International (Office of a Bishop). He also served faithfully for 20 years as Chaplain of the Eureka Fire Department. When he stepped down as Chaplin, the Missouri State Senate gave him a commendation for his 20 years of service to the Fire Department. Rev. Willige was also chosen as Eureka, Missouri’s 2005 'Citizen of the Year'.
