Sergey Chesnokov’s texts collection includes memoirs of numerous people from various fields, ranging from physics to theater and from sociology to music performance. This book contains interviews, articles, and recollections of meetings with artists, musicians, poets, and scientists. Most of these very diverse individuals are no longer with us, but it is thanks to Sergey that we can hear their voices today. Sergey have met and was a close friend with Alexander Galich, Gennady Batygin, Dmitry Prigov, Yuri Lyubimov and many other artists and scientists important for Russian culture of 20th century.. He was a close friend of Tatiana Leshenko-Sukhomlina. His writings allow them to continue living through us, his readers.Sergey wrote his own poetry and original songs, and reader can see his poems in the book.
