This book will determines the scientific method used to identify competencies and create BARS (Behaviorally anchored rating scales) for each competency will help to describe jobs effectively in the organization. The new job description will help in hiring, individual development, and talent management. The new job description will also help in identifying consistent trainings for promotion because we now have a list of common skills and parameters to up skill. The project to map competencies is intensive work which needs constant monitoring and update.
