This book is a collection of explanatory, or 'how-to' essays written and illustrated by the second and third grade students in Mrs. Baker’s class at Mighty Oaks Academy, in February of 2025. Mrs. Baker’s students were given the prompt of writing a step-by-step set of instructions for how to do something. The curriculum she used is called Simplify Writing.
