The global hospitality industry faces the critical challenge of moving toward sustainability without compromising profitability. This study presents Hotel 360º, an innovative operational framework that transforms the principles of the circular economy into measurable competitive advantages. Through a mixed-methods approach that combines qualitative case study analysis with quantitative performance assessment in four hotel stabilizations, the research demonstrates significant improvements in key metrics: 28% reduction in energy consumption, 76% waste detour rate, and 42% increase in local procurement, along with a 12% reduction in operations. The model’s integrated three-pillar structure - encompassing Regenerative Operational Efficiency, Human Capital and Community Integration, and Experiential Marketing and Transparency - provides a replicable roadmap for industry professionals. The results indicate that fully incorporating circular economy principles into hotel operations represents the most viable strategy for building resilient and profitable businesses.
