The collective monograph examines the genre-style phenomena of musical traditions of different epochs of Ukrainian and world history of music. The scientific publication presents the results of the unique long-term historical-theoretical and performing experience of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Music named after R.M. Glier. The collective monograph has a personal direction, which involves the emphasis on the author’s view. Various musicological processes of genre-style features of sign epochs of music history are investigated. Focus on the field of music education; the achievements of the monograph contribute to both the intellectual basis of performing skills and the formation of the modern bases of the historical and theoretical basis of Ukrainian musicology.
