Un aprendiz de albañil enamorado, un narcomenudista que se hace pasar por taxista, un joven universitario cuya madre padece cáncer de mama, un enfermero adicto al fentanilo, las vidas de estos y más personajes se cruzan por azares del destino mientras tratan de sobrevivir en un ambiente hostil lleno de drogas y delincuencia, donde la esperanza de un futuro mejor prevalece.
