Estas diversas y espléndidas muestras de hilachas populares tunecinas son una joya literaria en estado puro. Nadie sabe explicarlas, traducirlas y estudiarlas mejor que nuestro autor, que mamó directamente de su fuente principal, la gente árabe y su herencia milenaria, y también de la cultura de su generación y de las venideras. El autor añade los textos originales y sus fuentes, lo que ayudará a todos los lectores e investigadores interesados a contemplar y disfrutar de estos textos en su dialecto árabe tunecino.
