Job stress often leads to mistreatment within health care institutions that may involve the staff of the facility, or involve outsiders. It is not possible to determine with certainty which are the causes that provoke them, but it is possible to think of situations attributable to these facts, such as lack of experience, abuse of power, different academic levels, among others.This problem affects the whole world, and Argentina is not indifferent. It is our objective to make a survey of such situations in order to raise a possible solution to it.
