Häusliche Gewalt ist ein generationsübergreifendes Problem, das in den letzten Jahrzehnten aufgrund der verstärkten Berichterstattung in den Medien und der Förderung von Anzeigen sowie einer strengeren Überwachung zum zentralen Thema zahlreicher Studien geworden ist. Die dysfunktionalen Beziehungen zwischen den Eltern wirken sich auf das Leben ihrer Kinder aus, die sowohl Zuschauer als auch Opfer sind, und perpetuieren diese. In diesem Sinne versuchte die vorliegende Arbeit, die Wahrnehmung von häuslicher Gewalt im Leben von Müttern und Jugendlichen durch halbstrukturierte Interviews und die Erstellung von Genogrammen zu bewerten.
