La decisione del passaggio verticale si basa sulla potenza del segnale. D’altra parte, la fase di esecuzione del passaggio inizia una volta che l’utente viene tracciato al confine o in prossimità di una cella. Abbiamo mostrato il risultato attraverso OMNET++.
