In dieser Arbeit werden die elektronischen und optischen Eigenschaften von Exzitonen und Trionen in Halbleiter-Nanostrukturen untersucht, wobei Modelle des endlichen und unendlichen Confinements angewendet werden. Trionen oder geladene Exzitonen sind Quasiteilchen, die durch die Verbindung eines Exzitons mit einem Elektron oder einem Loch gebildet werden. Sie unterscheiden sich in ihrer Ladung und Mobilität, wodurch sie einzigartige Eigenschaften für Nanostrukturen erzeugen. Unsere Studie berechnet die Bindungsenergie, den Energieübergang und die elektronische Wellenfunktion in einer zylindrischen Quantenbox, wobei die Effekte von Druck und Temperatur integriert werden. Es werden zwei theoretische Modelle für die Bindungsenergie und die Nichtkorrelation vorgeschlagen, die auf einem Variationsansatz mit mehreren Parametern basieren. Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass die Eigenschaften von Trionen von Druck, Temperatur und Containment abhängen und dass sie in Nanostrukturen stabiler sind, was technologische Perspektiven in der Optoelektronik und Telekommunikation eröffnet.
