La postmodernidad -’hija bastarda de la modernidad’-, ha dado un golpe fuerte a su madre. Y en este ajuste de cuentas ninguna Institución está exenta, tampoco las religiosas. Lo que otras veces las Instituciones religiosas ofrecían ahora lo ofrecen otras instancias sociales. El desafío de la postmodernidad a la reflexión teológica no está en la reformulación de un contenido específico de la fe cristiana o en un nuevo lenguaje, sino de una cosmovisión o paradigma. Nuestra dificultad interna reside en el uso monolítico de un paradigma cultural ya superado. Lo que nos hace falta es la narración de una experiencia memorable de Dios que construya un nuevo paradigma. La Postmodernidad nos brinda esta oportunidad al interior de la crítica del paradigma moderno. Lo femenino tanto en la doctrina como en la praxis eclesial pensado hermenéuticamente favorece la experencia de liberación de la mujer. No se trata solamente de un reclamo de ’derechos a puestos de empleo’, ni de una mera promoción de feminismos ’antimachismos’; lo que nos interesa es la integridad de la experiencia de Dios, experiencia también de feminidad.
