O crescimento demográfico da cidade de Daloa, capital da região de Haut Sassandra, está a provocar uma série de problemas, nomeadamente de habitação. Para responder às necessidades da população, as habitações são frequentemente construídas fora dos padrões recomendados pelo governo central, criando assim problemas ambientais. Esta dissertação tem como objetivo mostrar os problemas ambientais decorrentes da habitação na cidade. A abordagem metodológica baseia-se na pesquisa documental, no trabalho de campo e na observação. O objetivo é identificar os problemas ambientais causados pela habitação.
