El Grupo Wagner conocido oficialmente como PMC Wagner (ruso: ЧВК 'Вагнер', tr. ChVK 'Vagner'; lit. ’Compañía Militar Privada Wagner’), es una organización paramilitar rusa. Se trata de una empresa militar privada compuesta por mercenarios, y ha sido descrita como un ejército privado de facto del antiguo aliado del Presidente ruso Vladimir Putin, Yevgeny Prigozhin. El grupo opera al margen de la ley en Rusia, donde las empresas militares privadas están oficialmente prohibidas. Dado que opera en apoyo de intereses rusos, recibe equipamiento del Ministerio de Defensa ruso y utiliza instalaciones de este ministerio para entrenarse, se dice que el Grupo Wagner es una unidad de facto del Ministerio de Defensa o de la agencia de inteligencia militar rusa, el GRU. Aunque el Grupo Wagner en sí no está ideológicamente impulsado, algunos elementos de Wagner están vinculados al neonazismo y al extremismo de extrema derecha.
