Growing Up Witchy

Growing Up Witchyby Eileen SheehanBorn into a powerful coven, Ida is marked from her first breath as too much-too strong, too wild, too dangerous. Her magic surges long before she is trained to control it, and when fear outweighs love, the coven does the unthinkable... they exile one of their own.Cast out into the human world, Ida must survive without guidance while hiding her magic and learning who she is beyond the circle that rejected her. There, she meets Arnold-an ordinary man with an uncommon strength of heart. Arnold sees not a threat or a curse when he learns that she is a witch. He sees a young woman struggling to belong. When danger rises, Arnold stands beside her, even as the truth of her power is revealed. As sacred land long protected by ancient magic comes under threat from corrupt covens and humans hungry to exploit it, Ida steps fully into her destiny. Having befriended a powerful witch who did not belong to a coven, Ida is taught how to use her powers. Untrained no longer, but still scarred by betrayal, she becomes the land’s fiercest defender by standing alone against those who would twist magic for greed and domination. When darkness threatens to consume everything, Ida’s former coven must confront the truth of their fear and the cost of their choices. In a final stand between good and evil, they return to stand by her side and embrace her once more.Growing Up Witchy is a powerful coming-of-age fantasy about exile, love, redemption, and the courage it takes to claim your power when the world is afraid of it. Blending magic, romance, and moral struggle, Ida’s story reminds us that true strength is not found in tradition-but in choosing what is right.
