La grossesse chez les adolescentes est traditionnellement considérée comme un problème de santé publique et socio-économique, principalement dans les pays d’Amérique latine et des Caraïbes, où les taux sont parmi les plus élevés au monde. Cette revue systématique avec une approche qualitative vise à analyser le phénomène des études antérieures liées à la grossesse, à la maternité et à la paternité à l’adolescence, tout en reconnaissant que cette dernière a des lacunes historiques en matière de recherche. Les articles des bases de données Dialnet, Redalyc, Scielo, ScienceDirect et Ebsco, publiés entre 2013 et 2023, ont été examinés et systématisés selon la méthodologie PRISMA 2020, afin de trouver des résultats pertinents sur les facteurs sociaux, familiaux et psychologiques de la grossesse, de la maternité et de la paternité à l’adolescence, révélés à partir de l’expérience de leurs protagonistes.
