Nous fournissons ici un aperçu complet du traitement laser pour les diamants synthétiques par dépôt chimique en phase vapeur (CVD), suivi de nouvelles données concernant un autre type de matériau : les diamants synthétiques à haute pression et haute température (HPHT). L’objectif principal de cette recherche est d’étudier les processus de graphitisation se produisant dans les diamants monocristallins synthétiques HPHT. L’étude a examiné comment les impuretés présentes dans les échantillons affectent ses propriétés d’absorption et les seuils de graphitisation à impulsion unique/multiple. En outre, une analyse de la composition de la surface par spectroscopie Raman a révélé un large éventail de structures carbonées qui se forment en réponse à différents niveaux d’énergie d’irradiation. Cela indique que l’interaction entre le traitement laser et les propriétés inhérentes du matériau peut conduire à divers résultats structurels. Grâce à cette recherche, nous visons à améliorer notre compréhension des processus de graphitisation dans les diamants synthétiques HPHT et de leurs applications potentielles dans divers domaines.
