Os golfinhos roazes do Indo-Pacífico machos incluem espécies de mamíferos que têm uma boa sensibilidade auditiva. Esta é causada por um sistema de rede de sentidos da audição que está bem estabelecido. Os golfinhos podem ouvir sons com frequências de 1-150 kHz.
