Willis has created the majority of these sayings from his cerebral consciousness. A few of them he has heard repeated over and over throughout his lifetime. He repeats them here from memory; it would be impossible to trace them to their original source. He simply sat down and let his thoughts flow. This is how he derived the title, 'Going with the Flow.' They are not erudite, but simple, yet profound in some ways. You will find them mesmerizing and captivating.
