As such, it establishes that marriage is a committed relationship between a man and a woman and cannot be broken until death for either party occurs.The book presents a clear challenge to those who consider marriage to be a fluid relationship. In this regard, the Protestant Church, in particular, is placed under the microscope due to its laxity when its leadership face decisions to remarry parties who are divorced.
