Gloriana; or, The Revolution of 1900 (1890) is a novel by Lady Florence Dixie. A member of the National Union of Women’s Suffrage Societies, Dixie believed in the emancipation of women through radical cultural and political change. When a plot to reveal her identity is discovered, she is forced to go into hiding or else sacrifice years of painstaking work toward the liberation of women throughout the world.
