All of creation seems to understand how the Kingdom of God operates except mankind.  Man believes the Kingdom operates in a manner similar to way in which the world operates; a manner of obligations where one action requires an opposite and equal reaction.  This is what Job believed and it couldn’t be further from the truth.  In God’s Kingdom, increase occurs when things are given away, hatred is overcome by love, revenge is not an option and God never has to ask our permission to use us.  Satan is well aware of how God’s Kingdom works and he is also aware of our ignorance to it.  This he uses to his advantage.Kathy Harrison-Booker is the founder and CEO of PREVAIL, a regional intercessory prayer ministry in the Cleveland Ohio metropolitan area.  She ministers throughout the Cleveland area, well beyond the doors of her local church.  Her call to ministry is in the areas of teaching, preaching, prophetic intercession and healing. Additionally, Kathy is an educational consultant providing assistance and support to teachers in the public and charter school arenas.  She began a tutoring program where students are taught to read via video conferencing.  Teaching students to read is one of her passions.Kathy is the wife of Harold S. Booker I and they have four adult children; Brittany (William Kennedy), Ashley, Stafford and Carmen.  They have one adorable grandchild, Miyonne Amari Kennedy.  Kathy is a native of Port Allen, Louisiana.

There is a dark side to light, you know.  Evil wears many disguises.  It always camouflages itself as other than it is; and, good men are deceived.  The very nature of deception is that the deceived do not know that they are deceived.  There is a dark side to light, you know.  In the midst of the darkness – the children of light!  The backdrop – spiritual warfare. This Christia...

We’ve been duped into removing prayer from the center of our churches and have placed it on the periphery or semi-periphery.  What we’re witnessing today in our churches, and in society at large, is that legacy of prayerlessness.  Church leadership may be hesitant and embarrassed to admit it, but there is a direct correlation between our spiritual weakness and our lack of corpo...

If God is good, why do we get sick? When God created the world, He declared: "It is good." But then came the Fall, and with it sickness and death. In this heart-tugging monograph, Dr. Davis McGuirt draws from both his training in theology and the personal agony of watching his father die from cancer to provide a variety of biblical reasons for why we get sick. We are also remin...
