Unternehmen müssen ihre Geschäftsprozesse ständig verbessern, um die Effizienz und Effektivität der Organisation zu steigern. Viele Start-up-Unternehmen sind innerhalb weniger Jahre schnell gewachsen, sodass sie gezwungen waren, ihre Geschäftsprozesse ordnungsgemäß zu dokumentieren. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden die wichtigsten Geschäftsprozesse des Logistik- und Transportunternehmens G Transporte GmbH dokumentiert, Verbesserungspotenziale identifiziert und Soll-Modelle abgeleitet. Die Analyse und der Entwurf basieren auf dem Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR), der Responsible-Accountable-Consulted-Informed Matrix (RACI) und dem Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0). Darüber hinaus werden Interviews mit Experten für Geschäftsprozessmanagement durchgeführt, um notwendige Empfehlungen zu erhalten. Zusätzlich werden Workshops durchgeführt, um Einblicke in die aktuelle Geschäftsprozessabwicklung zu gewinnen.
