Ziel dieses Beitrags ist es, das gemeinsame Sorgerecht nach dem konfliktreichen Ende einer Ehe und das Wohl der Kinder und Jugendlichen zu analysieren. Außerdem soll die Entwicklung der Familie seit ihren Anfängen analysiert werden, die Verfassung im Zusammenhang mit der Schaffung von ECRIAD, das Familienrecht und die Frage der elterlichen Entfremdung. Diese ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Elternteil das Bild des anderen für das Kind oder den Jugendlichen ungerechtfertigt demoralisiert, einfach aus Wut, weil er das Ende der Beziehung nicht akzeptiert, aus Rache, Frustration oder auch aus finanziellen Gründen. Außerdem wird hervorgehoben, wie das gemeinsame Sorgerecht funktioniert und wie es mit der Entstehung von Konflikten umgeht.
