In dem Buch werden Fragen der Theorie und Praxis des Schutzes des geistigen Eigentums und der Innovation untersucht. Es werden die rechtlichen und institutionellen Grundlagen des Systems des geistigen Eigentums in der Kirgisischen Republik vorgestellt. Es wird Forschungsmaterial über den Schutz neuer Objekte - traditionelles Wissen - vorgestellt. Es wurden Fragen zu den Innovationsindikatoren der Kirgisischen Republik gemäß dem Global Innovation Index (GII) sowie zu den Rechten des geistigen Eigentums im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung der künstlichen Intelligenz untersucht. Es werden die Ergebnisse von Untersuchungen zum rechtlichen Schutz wissenschaftlicher Entdeckungen als Objekte des geistigen Eigentums vorgestellt. Die Fragen des Urheberrechts für Veröffentlichungen und der scientometrischen Bewertung wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten von Wissenschaftlern und Fachleuten werden berücksichtigt.
