Die Erfahrung der Erstgebärenden bei der Entbindung ist ein wichtiger Indikator für die Qualität der geburtshilflichen Versorgung. Diese analytische Querschnittsstudie, die mit 100 Erstgebärenden im Zentrum für Geburtshilfe und Neonatologie in Monastir durchgeführt wurde, hatte zum Ziel, deren Zufriedenheit zu bewerten und die damit verbundenen Faktoren zu ermitteln. Insgesamt waren 83 % der Gebärenden mit ihrer Erfahrung zufrieden. Die besten Bewertungen erhielten die Betreuung nach der Entbindung und das paramedizinische Personal, während die größten Mängel in den Bereichen Kommunikation, psychologische Unterstützung und Mitbestimmung im Kreißsaal festgestellt wurden. Das sofortige Stillen war der einzige Faktor, der signifikant mit einer höheren Zufriedenheit assoziiert war (p = 0,019). Diese Ergebnisse unterstreichen, wie wichtig es ist, die Begleitung, die Kommunikation und die Unterstützung von Erstgebärenden zu verstärken, um ihre Erfahrungen während der Entbindung zu verbessern.
