Dieses Buch stellt eine Forschungsarbeit zur Identifikation und Steuerung nichtlinearer Systeme auf der Basis von Fuzzy-Modellen vor. Ein TS-Fuzzy-Modell wurde erfolgreich für ein bekanntes Benchmark-Problem der Identifikation nichtlinearer Anlagendaten implementiert. Für die Klassifizierung der Input-Output-Datenpunkte wurde ein FCM-Clustering-Ansatz verwendet. Nach dem Clustering wird die Methode des Gradientenabstiegs für das Lernen der Parameter verwendet. Das Verfahren wurde auch auf ein reales Datenproblem angewandt, bei dem es sich um ein Modell der Steuerung einer Chemieanlage durch einen Bediener handelt, und die Genauigkeit war mit den in der Literatur veröffentlichten Ergebnissen vergleichbar. Das gesamte System wurde mit MATLAB 7.0/Simulink Toolbox modelliert.
