El Régimen Simplificado de Confianza (RESICO) representa una propuesta innovadora del sistema fiscal mexicano, orientada a simplificar el cumplimiento tributario y promover la formalización de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas, así como de personas físicas con actividades empresariales. Este libro presenta un manual práctico diseñado para facilitar la comprensión de las disposiciones fiscales que rigen el RESICO, basado en los principios de confianza ciudadana y aprovechamiento de herramientas tecnológicas. La obra combina una metodología deductiva con investigación documental y descriptiva aplicada a contribuyentes de la unidad de riego del Módulo 05. Como resultado, se obtuvo una herramienta clara, útil y accesible: 7 de cada 10 contribuyentes encuestados manifestaron mayor seguridad al cumplir con sus obligaciones fiscales tras consultar el manual. Además de reducir el estrés relacionado con trámites fiscales, este material fomenta la formalidad y ofrece certeza jurídica a quienes tributan bajo este régimen.
