El consumo irresponsable de bebidas alcohólicas constituye un problema médico social relevante por las consecuencias nocivas que plantean al hombre, la familia y la economía, elementos que nos enfrentan a la realidad que el alcoholismo constituye un problema de salud actual y futuro, quizás de más importancia que el comportamiento de algunas enfermedades infecciosas, e incluso, de algunas crónicas no trasmisibles, por lo que nos hemos trazado como Objetivo General de la Investigación el siguiente: Determinar las características en el funcionamiento personológico que predisponen a la Violencia en sujetos alcohólicos dependientes.Hemos tomado como muestra, de un universo de pacientes alcohólicos dependientes de la zona suburbana de la ciudad de Santa Clara, a dos grupos de estudio, dispensarizados previamente con la ayuda del grupo básico de trabajo y cuidadosamente diferenciados en 10 sujetos dependientes alcohólicos no violentos y 10 dependientes alcohólicos con conducta violenta.Para lograr nuestro propósito de investigación nos basamos instrumentalmente en la utilización de diferentes técnicas.
