Este manuscrito apresenta um estudo do comportamento de polarização direta e inversa de uma célula solar monocristalina KX0B22-12X1F. As propriedades electrónicas da célula são medidas em condições de luz e de escuridão. É utilizado um modelo de dois díodos para descrever estas propriedades. É utilizado um método de ajuste não linear dos mínimos quadrados para extrair os parâmetros da célula a partir das caraterísticas I-V medidas nas condições definidas. O ajuste da curva I-V e a extração dos parâmetros do díodo são realizados tendo em conta as caraterísticas I-V medidas. Os resultados obtidos mostram que os parâmetros determinados concordam muito bem com os parâmetros medidos da célula FV. O fator de idealidade n1 permanece inalterado em toda a gama de temperaturas estudada, ou seja, n1 ≈ 1. Em contrapartida, o segundo fator de idealidade n2 diminui com o aumento da temperatura, de 2,34 para 1,79 para temperaturas entre 300 K e 400 K. O fator de idealidade n2 é muito dependente da temperatura e a sua inclusão entre os seis parâmetros extraídos pode servir de guia para a análise dos resultados.
