Hi Siddhi here, I welcome you aboard on the adventure of my reading journey. It may be my reading journey, but I am sure that you will relate to it at some point! My story starts about 9 years ago, just when parents start comparing and making their expectations list, which is seemingly endless.... I was 4 at that time, as innocent as kids are, and newly introduced to the world of schooling and competition. Well, what are kindergarten kids expected to do? Learn letters, learn numbers and eventually learn to read. Here’s the plot twist, I simply couldn’t read. While my cousins were reading perfectly well at the age of 6, I couldn’t till the age of 11. As they say, ‘change is the only constant thing’. My story couldn’t remain same forever. It had to take turns, and it did!My reading journey has been really adventurous and funny. It often brought anger, sobbing, embarrassment and of course comparison. I thought why not share this story with you guys. There have been lots of heart breaking incidents but I have decided to include a few of them.
