Successful occlusal rehabilitation requires careful planning and decision-making. Despite extensive literature on occlusion, there remains considerable variability in approaches, and clinicians must evaluate each patient individually. The primary goal is to achieve a restoration that is functional, aesthetic, and physiologically harmonious with the entire stomatognathic system. It is important to recognize that no single treatment philosophy fits all patients. Achieving optimal results demands a combination of precise diagnosis, skillful execution, and mastery of a variety of restorative techniques. Physiologic restoration is therefore a complex task requiring both clinical acumen and technical expertise.
