This work is devoted to the study of the scientific problem of women’s acquisition of the right to independent spatial and geographical mobility in the modern era. To achieve the main goal, the concept of women’s spatial emancipation is introduced, which is examined from the perspective of gender-oriented and spatial analysis. The reflection of this process in culture and literature is explored. The book is intended for a wide range of readers, primarily teachers and students of social history and cultural history, history of space, humanities, cultural studies, critical studies, literary geography and psychogeography, social anthropology, anthropology of literature and literary studies, anthropology of mobility, gender studies and feminism, fashion and sports theory, everyday culture studies, and migration studies, among others.
