From Insanity to Serenity - A Journey from Despair to Resilience is a collection of poetry that is a reflection of the authors journey through darkness, turmoil, and eventually into healing, acceptance, and peace. The poems in this book capture the various stages of my personal struggle with addiction and trauma, as well as the hard-earned growth that has emerged through perseverance and recovery.The author experienced the highs and lows, moments of despair, and the faint glimmers of hope that eventually turned into a steady flame of resilience. Each poem is a piece of the author’s soul, woven together with the threads of pain, hope, and transformation. Through these words, the author hopes to reach others who may be walking a similar path, reminding them that even in the deepest darkness, there is always a way forward.
